RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please complete the Product Return Form found on the back of the packing slip and return it along with the merchandise to:

REFUNDS
Refunds issued will include merchandise charges as well as shipping charges. Please note that we do subtract a $2.95 processing fee from each refund for Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping orders have a processing fee of $4.95. The refund processing fee is charged per order and not per item. All orders over $50 including shipping will be charged a 15% processing fee. Refunds are issued via amazon.com and will go back to the account it was paid from. International shipping charges are non-refundable. To avoid paying the $2.95 processing fee, please consider exchanging the unwanted merchandise.
**Restocking Fee: An additional 15 to 30% restocking fee may apply for items returned in used, opened, or incomplete condition. Accessory Export, LLC reserves the right to be the sole determiner of whether a product has been used or is incomplete.

We gladly offer exchanges at no additonal cost of equal or lesser value.
